Tuotempo is probably to most feature rich appointment scheduling and patient communication application I ever tried. The Scheduling System can manage user permissions, multiple branches, overbooking and emergencies. (Or, if you already use a scheduling system tuotempo can synchronize with your system in order to enable communication and let patients book appointments online.) In the communication preferences, you can set automatic messages (via sms email or voice) to inform patients (or specialists) about upcoming appointments cancellation delays rescheduling etc Different, restricted, access profiles can be given to receptionists who only need to manage only the schedule of one branch or one doctor. . The self-service online scheduling widget can be embedded in your website in order to let patients schedule their own appointment. A different access can be given to referring physicians,pharmacies or call-centers allowing them to book appointments on behalf of patients.
