Social media marketing tool for ecommerce stores. SocialHarvest integrates Twitter conversations with actual sales by tracking store-specific keywords in public Tweets. Customers sign in with their Twitter credentials at the store to receive credit points based on their referrals and purchase value. These credit points can be redeemed for various reward schemes. Once businesses tie their store, start tracking and create a rewards scheme, the social media marketing runs pretty much on autopilot. Credits are distributed based on a series of dynamic mathematical model that account for (1)who talks to who, (2)what action it causes- in terms of sales or spread of information, and (3) what the role of the influencer is in the final action. Store owners can also personalize the shopping experience for their customers by showing them recommendations and conversations of their friends about the business. SocialHarvest works out of the box on the Shopify ecommerce platform, with free customization for everybody else. The product is now available as a free beta version.
