Widgiland is an Open Social Network of online widgets. It houses thousands of widgets for web, desktop and mobile platforms. Users can select widgets for their blogs and personal web pages. Widgets are categorized by type and by platform, for instance iGoogle, Pageflakes, NetVibes… There’s a separate section for Mobile widgets including iPhone an iPod Touch and Widsets. Top rated Widgets are displayed on the homepage. Widget Developers can sign up for a free account and add their widgets to the site easily. The widgets are immediately published. Most active Developers have a spot on the Widgiland homepage. Widgets can be freely embedded, rated and commented by users. The site has feeds so you can stay on top of the newest widget developments. You’ll also find developer profiles, a search bar and a commenting system.
