JobPrize is an online job referral network that allows job seekers to pay employees of companies to refer them for a job. In this economy, we need to find new ways to bring unemployment from out of a slump. Companies have open positions that need to be filled, but are not effectively advertised. Job seekers need jobs, but do not have the contacts to refer them, or yet has spent hundreds of hours submitting jobs through websites and filling out applications with no luck.
